Assembly line - automated transmissions

Single components of an automated transmission are manufactured at 15 different stations on the assembly line.

Through a DMC code reading (baseplate), each stations detects the previous successful assembly step and allows further assembly.

An EOL tester and end controller are located at the end of the assembly line.

The availability of the single components and the successful assembly is checked by camera systems. Screw and press technology as well as measuring and vacuum technology are also used.

The assembly line "collects" all assembly information and stores it on a central server.

The whole infeed and outfeed of the empty container is also integrated.
